The main objective of this action plan is to empower women, to make women aware of their rights under this scheme, to link them with various action plans being run by the government, Connecting them to employment by giving various types of employment training, setting up small cottage industries by forming self-help groups, making them aware on health related issues, providing sanitary napkins at low cost for Mensuration Hygiene Management (MHM) often free of cost to women etc. Apart from this, different types of programs are conducted by the organization from time to time, such as tree plantation, book distribution for poor children, distribution of essential materials to the needy during natural calamities, etc. Some of the programs experienced by the Rashtrahitam Social Organization.
